The Ordinary Time readings for the period between the Baptism of the Lord and Ash Wednesday can be very few or quite a few. It all depends on the date established for Easter. In 2025 Easter falls a little later and so this is one of those years when we celebrate the 7^th Sunday (…and the 8^th!). The last time we celebrated the 7th Sunday was in 2019!
